This is what the staff of the 1851 Chronicle works on every month -- and you can be a part of it.
Whatever your talents and interests, there’s a role for you at the Chronicle. Writers, editors, photographers and artists come together to cover every aspect of life at Lasell, and do it on their own terms.
As advisor to the Chronicle, I give tips and guidance to the staff. But the paper is entirely student-run, from story selection to the final copyedit. There’s no better way to learn the ropes of journalism -- and to get real experience and clips or portfolio pieces that can help you get a job -- than to do it day in and day out, and to work with and learn from your peers.
